Historic ACMI Biography
Dr. Yen is a trailblazer in human factors, workflow analysis, and data visualization. Her contributions manifest at the intersection of research and practice. She worked closely with clinicians on practice-driven research, ranging from enhancing patient engagement, integrating visual analytics approaches, investigating clinician burnout, to informing workload and health IT redesign.
