Membership Types

This membership type is open to all professionals.

This membership type is open to students enrolled in any educational program (e.g., bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, fellowship, residency). Note: Your expected graduation or completion date must be in the future, and AMIA reserves the right to request proof of your student status at any time.

This membership type is open to recent graduates (within the last 18 months) of any undergraduate, graduate, or post-doctoral program.

This membership type is open to retirees (age 65+) who have been regular AMIA members for at least two years.

AMIA’s memberships are calendar year memberships. New memberships purchased prior to 11/1 will expire on 12/31 of the year they were purchased. If your intention is to purchase a membership for activation in the following calendar year, please contact us before making payment and we will create a membership order for you.
