ACMI Leadership

The first President of the College was Marsden S. Blois (1984-86). Morris F. Collen (1986-88), Homer R. Warner (1988-90), G. Octo Barnett (1990-92), Edward H. Shortliffe (1992-94), W. Ed Hammond (1994-96), Robert A. Greenes (1996-98), William W. Stead (1998-2000), Charles P. Friedman (2000-02), and Randolph A. Miller (2002-04) have followed him in this role. Paul D. Clayton was elected to serve as President for the 2005-2006 term but stepped aside for personal reasons. Judy G. Ozbolt assumed the office of President in early 2005 and served until December 31, 2006, followed by Dan Masys (2007-2008), Joyce A. Mitchell (2009-2010), Jim Cimino (2011-2012), and Alexa McCray (2013-2014). Susanne Bakken (2015-2016) is the current ACMI President and Christopher Chute (2017-2018) is the President-elect.
