Member Rates
Member rates apply to anyone who has a full AMIA membership for 2020 ($380 dues).
Author Rates
Author rates apply to primary authors of all AMIA 2020 Informatics Summit accepted papers, abstracts (podium or poster) and all panel participants. Author rates do not apply to tutorial presenters or secondary authors.
Student Rates
Students must be enrolled in a degree or post-doctoral program at the time of the AMIA 2020 Informatics Summit. Students who graduate/complete their programs before March 23, 2020, are not eligible for the student rates. AMIA reserves the right to request proof of student status at any time between the receipt of registration and the start of the Summit.

Transfer of Paid Registrations Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend the meeting may transfer their registration to another person. Transfer of registration must be in writing and received by the AMIA office by February 21, 2020 or presented on-site. If a member registration is transferred to a non-member, that person will have to pay the difference between the member and the non-member rates.
Payment
Online registration is for credit card payment only. If you would like to pay by check, purchase order, or wire transfer, send or fax the print registration form to the AMIA office.
Special Accommodations for Registrants
Accommodations can be made for a variety of needs (breastfeeding, dietary, visual, hearing, mobility). Please contact Dasha Cohen via email dasha@amia.org or phone 301-657-1291 as early as possible to discuss your needs.

Registration and participation in AMIA meetings and activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AMIA's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio record such events and activities.
