Full registration fees for members, non-members, and speakers cover all events except for tutorials, designated affiliate events, and selected special events.

Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. Cancellation and refund requests must be received by AMIA in writing (e-mail your request email@example.com or fax it to 301-657-1296. By April 10, 2015: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Between April 11, 2015 and May 8, 2015: 50% refund. After May 8: No refunds will be issued. However, registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization.
Transfer of Paid Registrations Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend the meeting may transfer their registration to another person. Transfer of registration must be in writing and received by the AMIA office by May 8, 2015 or presented on-site. If a member registration is transferred to a non-member, that person will have to pay the difference between the member and the non-member rates.
Online registration is for credit card payment only. If you would like to pay by check, purchase order, or wire transfer, send or fax the print registration form to the AMIA office.

AMIA invites media representatives to cover iHealth 2015 Conference, 28-29, Boston, Massachusetts.
Media registration allows credentialed journalists to cover the conference with a complimentary registration and access to the keynote presentations, sessions and the Exhibition Hall. Credentialed journalists qualify as representatives of traditional and online media including established bloggers, freelancers and news analysts.
Registration badges will be issued to journalists on site. When on site be prepared to present your business card from the media outlet you represent.
