Kassaundra McKnight-Young has a BS in Biology from Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, KY and BS in Nursing from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO. She is a PRN floor nurse in the acute care and behavioral health areas at Truman Medical Centers.
As the Senior Clinical Informaticist, she provides on-site user support to all levels of direct patient care providers for the proper, effective and efficient use of clinical applications and devices, mentors and develops user expertise in the use of clinical applications and collaborates across teams to plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of systems and services.

Heather Gleason is the Senior Director of IT Applications at Truman Medical Centers. Heather is responsible for the application operations of the Information Technology Department and reports to the Chief Information Officer. In this role, she determines the scope of services, mission, goals and objectives for the department as it relates to the present and future needs and strategies of the organization. Prior to joining TMC, Heather developed a regional Information Services strategy including a partnership with Cerner and Lawson to bring clinical and financial applications to Critical Access Hospitals and Community Hospitals across a 5-state area. She led the sales, planning, design and full implementation of this project as the Director of Applications.

Breane Lucas is a Clinical Informaticist at Truman Medical Centers. Breane provides on-site user support to all levels of direct patient care providers for the proper, effective and efficient use of clinical applications and devices. Breane earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Missouri - Columbia, Sinclair School of Nursing. Breane continues to work as a clinical nurse in the Emergency Department at Truman Medical Centers – Lakewood campus. Working the floor keeps her current on workflow and processes which allows a better understanding as decisions are being made on projects and implementations.
