Continuing Education Credit

AMIA provides continuing education and maintenance of certification learning opportunities, through both online and live activities. AMIA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. MOC and nursing, pharmacy, and dentist CE is provided on a case-by-case basis with our educational partners.

The following signature events and courses provide AMIA members and non-members with opportunities to accrue CE credit:

  4. 10X10 Distance Learning Program

Clinical informaticians who are board-certified through the ABPM engage in the AMIA MOC-IV program once in each 10-year recertification cycle.
