Biomedical Informatics at University of Chicago

The University of Chicago is a premier academic and research institution with a history of scientific and technological innovation since our 1890 founding. Expanding on the tradition of academic excellence, the Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies in collaboration with the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, Computation Institute, Department of Computer Science, and Department of Public Health Sciences, will be offering a Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics (MSc BMI) beginning in Spring 2016.

Designed for working adults with the option to pace coursework to suit their schedules, MSc BMI courses maintain the University’s tradition of providing rigorous education that encourages critical thinking. Students completing the program will be prepared with the necessary knowledge and technical skills to tackle everyday management issues and to guide large projects in clinical and research settings.
