No Regrets Pricing
AMIA offers a 72-hour "No Regrets" Pricing policy
If you have not purchased the CIBRC Bundle (Premium Package), you have 72 business hours to take advantage of the discount that the CIBRC Bundle offers.
After the 72-business hour window, the “No Regrets” Policy expires. Bundle pricing is not available. If you choose to add another CIBRC course at a later date the prevailing rate applies. There are no exceptions.
The CIBRC Bundle (Premium Package) offers learners the opportunity to purchase the CIBRC Live meeting plus the CIBRC Online Plus course which includes the online simulated board exam at a discounted price.
The CIBRC Bundle (Premium Package) gives learners the opportunity to prepare for the board exam in clinical informatics using live virtual and online instructional formats, and access to one pool of 180 questions for self-assessments and another pool of 200 questions found only in the simulated exam.

Intellectual Property Statement
The Clinical Informatics Board Review Course and associated materials (collectively, “Course Materials”) are proprietary to AMIA and may be used solely by course registrants for purposes of participating in the course. Course Materials may not be used for any other purpose, including teaching of fellows. No portion of the Course Materials may be reproduced or published, nor may they be disclosed or provided to any non-course registrant. AMIA reserves the right to pursue its legal and other remedies for violations of its intellectual property rights.
CIBRC Live Course: No refunds will be issued for the live course after 48 hours of registering. If you are cancelling your registration due to a medical emergency you must contact AMIA in writing and provide a written note from a medical professional. Your registration will be canceled and you will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Splitting registration between two courses is prohibited. Please note, refunds will not be issued if your application to sit for the exam is declined.

CIBRC Online Products: Purchases made at this site (for CIBRC Online) are not able to be refunded. All sales are final.
CIBRC Bundle (Premium Package): No refunds will be issued for the online course portion of the CIBRC Bundle. No refunds will be issued for the Live course portion of the bundle, unless due to a medical emergency at which point you must contact AMIA in writing and provide a written note from a medical professional. You will receive a refund for the Live course portion of the bundle minus a $50 processing fee. You will still have access to the Online course.
Hotel: Cancellation of a registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. AMIA is not responsible for penalties associated with failing to cancel a hotel reservation.
Consent to Use Photographic Images
Registration and participation in AMIA meetings and activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AMIA's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio record such events and activities.

Unacceptable behaviors include:
- intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning speech or actions by any participant at an AMIA meeting and in one-on-one communications carried out in the context of the meeting.
- harmful or prejudicial verbal or written statements or visual images (including presentation slides) related to age, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, race, religion, or other personal characteristics.
- unwelcome and uninvited attention, contact, or physical harm;
- real or implied threat of professional or personal damage.
Individuals who experience, witness, or become aware of unacceptable behavior at an AMIA meeting should report the incident to an AMIA staff member. Any person who has suffered physical harm or believes their physical safety is threatened should notify venue security or call 911.
AMIA reserves the right to remove an individual from a meeting without warning or refund, to prohibit an individual from attendance at future meetings, and to take such other actions as deemed appropriate by the AMIA Board of Directors.
