AMIA 2019 Annual Symposium Awards Gala

The AMIA Awards Gala is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the amazing talent within the AMIA informatics community as well as recognize the incoming class of ACMI Fellows. The Awards Gala program honors those who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation and professional achievement in informatics with the presentation of the AMIA 2019 Signature Awards and Leadership Awards, the recognition of the Doctoral Dissertation Awardees, and the ACMI class of 2019. The ticketed event is open to AMIA members, invited guests, and all Annual Symposium attendees.

This year’s event is being held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

Time: 7:00 PM – 9:30 p.m. (Wine service precedes the dinner, beginning at 7:00 p.m.)

Note: After the ticket is purchased, a confirmation letter requesting menu selections will be sent. A separate letter will confirm the tax-deductible donation.

  2. Click on My Events under "Membership/Activities" on the right side
  3. Click on AMIA 2019 Annual Symposium
  4. Click on +Add Workshops/Special Events
  5. Select the event and add it to the shopping cart
  6. Check-out
