New Joint Initiative Counsel Chair Rotates In
Kees Molenaar has taken up his role of Chair for the Joint Initiative Counsel from January. The intention is to give all member organisations the opportunity of chairing the Council and Kees’ rotation follows on from Ed Hammond who represented the Council as its first Chair.

Joint CLC/TC 62 & CEN/TC 251 meeting: This meeting continues discussion around the sensitive area of medical device directives, proposed changes, and the implications for stand-alone systems, software, mappings and algorithms.
- June 16, 2010
CEN/TC 251 plenary meeting: The annual formal meeting of the heads of member bodies to consider the work and resolutions of the working groups.
