NQF Opens Comment Period on Common Format for Safety Reporting

AHRQ has revised and refined the Common Formats for acute care hospitals that are now available as Version 1.2. Through the NQF commenting tool, NQF will receive and review comments on the current version, providing recommendations to AHRQ for further refinement of the Common Formats. Comments can be submitted starting April 10.
