FY 2014 President's Budget for HHS

The Department of Health and Human Services has unveiled its proposed budget for the 2014 fiscal year. The proposed 2014 budget for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology includes $1 million from a new tax on health information technology vendors.
