FCC Chairman Genachowski hosted a discussion at the Commission’s headquarters with private, academic, and government leaders in wireless health technology to discuss the promise of mobile communications devices, such as smartphones, for health information, to improve health care, and lower costs, including practical steps to foster innovation in the sector.
