Public Biography
I am a biomedical informatics researcher in the Mayo ADVANCE lab My research focuses on (1) designing and validating natural language processing techniques for clinical information extraction, (2) developing informatics frameworks and processes to accelerate the secondary use of EHRs for clinical research and (3) discovering EHR heterogeneity through quantitative and qualitative methods.
