Public Biography
Recently retired as the Director of Nursing Analytics in Patient Care Informatics at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center with a focus on information technology optimization. Recent projects include documentation redesign, care team communication, alarm/alert fatigue mitigation and evaluations related to EHR vendor changes. Past co-chair for the 2016 iHealth Clinical Informatics conference. NIWG Member-at Large, 2017-2018 leading the planning for the fall AMIA NIWG weekend symposium/special events. 2020 Team leader for AMIA review course for AHIC exam.
