Installation of Exhibits
All exhibits must be installed during these times. Skilled union labor will be available for hire during installation hours. No exhibits may be erected during exhibit hours. Dismantling of Exhibits
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors may register up to five exhibit personnel per 8' x 10' booth. The Exhibitor Service Kit will include a form for listing your five company representatives. Additional representatives may be registered for a fee of $25.00 each. "Badge swapping" is not permitted. Exhibitor badges allow entry to the Exhibit Hall only. Booth Space
Download and complete the Exhibit Space Application and Contract and return it to the AMIA Exhibit Department. All contracts must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. Contracts received after August 13, 1999 must be accompanied by full payment of $1,895. Please make checks payable to AMIA in U.S. funds drawn through a U.S. bank. Booth space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Space will not be assigned without applicable deposit.
Balance of payment is due on August 13, 1999. If full payment is not received by that date, AMIA reserves the right to cancel the exhibit space without refunding the deposit and/or moving said exhibitor to a different booth location at AMIA's discretion. If written notice of cancellation is received by the AMIA Exhibit Department on or before May 13, 1999, the Exhibitor will be assessed a 25% penalty of the total booth cost. If notice of cancellation is received between May 13, 1999 and August 14, 1999, a 50% penalty of the total booth cost will be assessed. Cancellation notices received on or after August 14, 1999, will not be eligible for a refund. Rules and Regulations
Terms and conditions of booth rental and occupancy are on the back of the Exhibit Space Application and Contract. Please read these rules and regulations completely before signing the contract. Signature on the contract indicates that the exhibitor agrees to and accepts all terms and conditions stated there. Hospitality and Entertainment
AMIA must approve hospitality suites or events sponsored by exhibitors. No entertainment may be scheduled to compete with the scientific program or exhibit hours.
