
Attendees of the AMIA 1998 Annual Symposium may earn valuable
continuing medical education (CME) credits by participating in
presentations and tutorials. AMIA is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to
sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. AMIA
designates this continuing medical education activity for up to
28.5 hours in Category 1 credit toward the American Medical
Association (AMA) Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician
should claim only those hours of credit that he or she actually
spends in the educational activity.
This program has also been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 28.5 prescribed credit hours by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
