Working Group and Special Interest Group Program

The Working Groups (WGs) and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) help advance the mission and goals of AMIA by responding to emerging issues in the medical informatics field. WGs and SIGs develop programs and products that benefit AMIA and the medical informatics community, and work to support the development of members' personal networks within specific professional or topic areas. An overview of WG and SIG business meetings and special events can be found on this page. Specific tutorials, workshops, and panels submitted by WGs or SIGs are described elsewhere in this program. To identify these events throughout the program chronology, just look for the following symbol Full Day
