Taxonomies
HIMSS is preparing a "taxonomy of standards." They are looking for feedback, by August 15, 2005. The person coordinating this is Audrey Dickenson, who is also active in ANSI. In addition, she is in charge of HIMSS' dictionary project. The framework they are starting with is below. They are beginning with material from the Canadian Institute of Health Information which is at this link:
