Bylaws

Bylaws of AMIA (pdf)
AMIA was founded in 1990 through the merger of three existing health informatics associations. The Bylaws outline the organizational purposes, and membership and governance structures of the organization.

Policies

AMIA on occasion publishes manuals and policies that are pertinent to volunteer roles in the association. Provided here are links to the text of the most prominent of these.

Request for Co-sponsorship Approval Form
From time to time, AMIA is asked to co-sponsor or endorse an activity or product with another organization (a meeting, publication, etc.).
