Clinical Informatics Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University's MetroHealth System
The MetroHealth System, one of the primary teaching hospitals of Case Western Reserve University, was the first public healthcare system in the US to install the Epic electronic health record system starting in 1999 and it currently in the top 10% of health system in the US in terms of the completeness of its EHR implementation.
Case Western Reserve University MetroHealth Clinical Informatics Fellows spend 50% of their time doing clinical informatics related projects, 30% of their time in didactic clinical informatics related educational activities, and 20% of their time performing clinical activities using our clinical information systems.
This 2-year fellowship is open to any medical professional who is or can be licensed to see patients independently by the beginning of their fellowship.
