•                     Monitoring call handle time and giving assistance to agents on longer calls, as a result, I can use a standard call metrics to discover a potential problem. 

•                     Provide floor support by answering agents’ questions, and handling supervisor escalations, as a result, I can work in a supervisory role giving workflow guidance and handle complex situations.

•                     Editing raw footage shoot on DV camera into 2-3 minute commercial videos distributed as DVDs using Apple Final Cut, as a result, I can edit professional projects effectively using non-linear techniques.

•                     Converted video formats; changing files types using QuickTime Pro, as a result, I can manipulate a current video file type to fit a specific need.

•                     Trouble shoot creative technical problems such as using templates to create webpages, uploading files, emailing files and uploading images using FTTPs, as a result, I learned to be a creative problem solver and as flexible as possible.
