Senior Clinical Systems Analyst

The Division of Corporate Services has an immediate opening for a Senior Clinical Systems Analyst. Duties include ensure the computer information systems in the UHealth system are working efficiently and effectively including but not limited to EpicCare Ambulatory Core EMR. The Analyst provides necessary experience, knowledge, and technical support to ensure all aspects of applications and systems development, build and implementation. The candidate will analyze, define and apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems regarding business application systems. Work closely with team members, staff and other personnel to gain and understanding of objectives and requirements for the assigned clinical system and will be responsible for trouble shooting problems and challenges within the clinical information systems which may include software problems, hardware issues or even networking difficulties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field and a minimum of three years with product support of users in a healthcare environment, systems design, project upgrade and implementation and administration experience is required. Clinical background and/or experience in clinical setting a plus. RN, PA or ARNP preferred. Experience and/or certification in EpicCare Ambulatory Core EMR (EpicCare Ambulatory Care Everywhere (including the Care Elsewhere module), MyChart, Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Bridges, and several interface bundles are preferred. Any combination of relevant education, experience, licenses and certifications may be considered.
