Your Challenge

To help save lives by providing state of the art ICU solutions to Philips' customers.

Your Responsibilities Provide on-going program management and clinical transformation process for Philips eICU® clinical program at customer sites across the US. Acts as a change agent to help implement clinical transformation and: Create and execute the clinical implementation plan for the integration of eICU workflow with existing ICU workflow. Initiate and direct all client activities related to the clinical transformation process, such as: work flow redesign, integration of clinical staff on both sides of the camera, continual evolution of the program through ongoing consultation and annual reviews with specific goals for each setting. Mentor eICU Operations Director in assimilation of new role, providing resources for growth Mentor the client program management staff to develop a program that demonstrates continual improvement in program performance Partner with Sr. Clinical Leaders (i.e: CNO Nursing, Client Operations and Medical Directors) to help identify ways to evolve their clinical programs and improve patient outcomes Develop client specific program plans and is responsible to work with client to ensure on-going program success Track system performance metrics Participate in program kick-offs, go-live events, program effectiveness reviews Be the point of contact for customer clinical issues including resolution Participate on special projects/teams as clinical expert to provide input into new product releases and upgrades and Clinical Programs, as needed.

Corporate office is based in Baltimore, MD. It is desired that the employee live in commuting distance of Baltimore but will consider a qualified candidate that will work remotely.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have 5+ years ICU nursing and project/program management experience. Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, experience in clinical training, clinical project management, the evaluation and refining of clinical workflows and be proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Power Point. This role requires up to 50% travel nationwide. An advanced degree is a plus.
