Clinical Informatics -Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

• PA or NP with at least three years of clinical practice
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Willing to travel 30-40%
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and will be reimbursed by Epic
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
