Monday, November 5 is the eve of the U.S. Presidential Election. Whether you lean Red, Blue or Green Party or in-between VOTE for fun, get in the swing of things and support the winning party … the AMIA Party … at the first ever AMIA Networking Meet-Up!

Join colleagues new and old. Meet and greet and make the most of your Annual Symposium experience.

6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. right after the Poster Session I

EVERYONE IS WELCOME! This is the most highly attended day of the meeting.

Entrance fees:

• Meeting Attendees -- $35 prepaid with your registration or $50 at the door. Add Networking Meet-Up to your Registration!
• Meet-Up ONLY Attendees -- $50 for Chicagoland professionals and Chicago Informatics Week sponsor members who are not registered to attend the full Symposium. Register for a Networking Meet-Up Only ticket here.

Plan Your Day: The Poster Sessions (I and II) feature 358 submissions. Take a look at Poster Session I, (authors will be present) 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall and take the escalators upstairs directly into the AMIA 2012 Networking Meet-Up.
