Richard K. C. Hsieh is Director for International Programs at the National Library of Medicine. His early work was with the U.S. Public Health Service in computer applications in hospitals. ambulatory care facilities, and multi-phasic health testing services. Dr. Hsieh’s current interest is the international exchange of biomedical information. such as the use of MEDLINE.
