Co-sponsorship Opportunities

AMIA occasionally will co-sponsor events with partners who strive for similar objectives and provide venues for shared target communities. When the following criteria can be met, AMIA will enter into strategic partnerships and cosponsorships:

• AMIA will consider co-sponsorship of events with organizations and institutions whose strategic goals are shared, i.e. educational and targeted to some portion of the informatics community.
• AMIA will co-sponsor events when there are clear and direct benefits to AMIA members.
• AMIA will consider co-sponsorship of events in circumstances where AMIA can be introduced to new communities which may lead to new corporate or individual memberships, or to other clear and direct benefits for the association.
